Equipment that is installed on site is very difficult to cover with a standard warranty protocol under the Commercial Code.

Service intervention "As soon as possible." We do not offer classic (Next-Business-Day) NBD Service. Service intervention usually takes place within 24-48 hours or sooner

E.L.C.S. - Extended Life Cycle Support

Extending the product life cycle builds on one of the basic philosophies of DENIP/KIOSK™. We are concerned with the possibility of long-term support and viability of all the devices we offer you. We build on long-term available industrial, project and custom OEM components and our own design solutions. With this, we are able to ensure the maintenance and operation of all equipment for a very long time. Until the overall process and workplace solution becomes obsolete.

Using the prepaid E.L.C.S. you can have the configuration constantly updated according to need and performance trend.


Prophylactic services

Planned and preventive maintenance on equipment at agreed dates and times. Carrying out diagnostics of components, calibration of screens, touch sensors, replacement of filters of air conditioning units for outdoor devices and elimination of possible deficiencies.


Take-back of retired electrical equipment / batteries

hand in your old electrical equipment / batteries simply and free of charge:
